The above prices are inclusive of gas, electricity, water and local tourist taxes.

Linen and towels (not beach towels) can be provided.

Terms and Conditions of Hire
1.  No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expense incurred by accident, sickness, strikes or stoppages.  
2. The hirer is responsible for leaving the house and its equipment clean and tidy. It should be left in the condition that he would expect to find it on arrival.
3.   The hirer undertakes to vacate the house, together with all equipment as per inventory, complete and undamaged and to make good any loss or damages arising during the hire period.   
4. The owners will exercise all reasonable care to see that the house, when hired, is in every respect in good order, but are exempt from all liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property however arising and whether occasioned or contributed to by the act, the neglect, default or omission of the owner, their servants or by reason of any defect on or insufficiency of the house and equipment whether existing at the commencement of the holiday or at any other time.
5. The weekly fees apply to the occupation of the house with a maximum of six nominated people and one vehicle.
6. No liability for any third party claim is accepted.
